One tiny Leap for mankind

Written by

Predictably journos covered all bases: some reviews praised the second coming, and others were less than enthusiastic.

Bret Victor’s semi-legendary rant on the future of interaction design is as relevant here as it was for the original subject of his post, and well worth a read. The future of interaction, he convincingly argues, is not in interactions with shiny glass, or thin air. It's in making the most of our innate ability to discern textures, weight, heat and a thousand other things with our hands.

Our order for the Leap Motion is in though, and we’re looking forward to having a play.
